He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Jackie Smith; his wife Patricia; his brothers, Tim and David; and his nephew Matt.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Jennifer and Jeremiah; his grandchildren, Gaven, Abbigayle, Spencer, Kaitlyn, Kooper, Nathan, Jacklyn, Allie, Kylie, Kenzlie, Hatlye and Ellie; his siblings, Matt (Terry), Wyonzia, Noel, Tom and Tatum; and his sisters-in-law, Oreda and Debbie (Janice). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
