She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob A. Ratzlaff and Anna Ratzlaff (Baergen); her husband Coyt; her siblings, Hilda, Elva, Leonard and Ervin; her sister-in-law Veral Wood; her grandson Brandon Johnston; Troy Johnston and John Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Johnston (Tricy) of Dallas, Devon Johnston of Belle Vista, Pete Johnston of Lawton and Patti Mountford (Ray) of Snyder; and her grandchildren, Jessica Jager, Coyt Johnston, Meredith Johnston, Vanessa Borton, Brett Johnston, Abigail Orosz, Morgan McCue, Rick Kelley, Kirina Kelley, Veronica Sierro, Crystal Johnston, Leanetia Kyle, Kaitlynn Johnston, Shawn Johnston, Angie Woodward, Andrea Head and Nick Mountford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Fairlawn Cemetery Association of Snyder, OK or JCMH Hospice Care of Altus, OK.
