She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny William and Allie Gertrude Young (Douglas); her former husband Jerry Forbis; her husband Farrell Sharp; her children, Peggy Forbis, John Edward Forbis and Sandra Trout; her granddaughter Kristi Trout; and her siblings, Dennis Wallace, Paul Wallace, Bob Wallace, Jerry Wallace and Patsy Lucille Wallace.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Trout (Nikki) of Spavinaw, Misty Trevino of Pryor, Jerry Trout (Melissa) of Langley, Robert Stephenson (Charmaine) of Bernice, Shea Stephenson of Ketchum, Andrew Forbis of Ketchum, Madilyn Callery (Kreg) of Tulsa, Thomas Forbis of Ketchum and Benjamin Gouger (Ericka) of Ketchum, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Joe Wallace of Ketchum and Jim Wallace of Missouri. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
