He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Yates and Tennie Yates; his sister Florene Stabler; his son Charlie; and his daughter-in-law Dianna.
He is survived by: his son Mark; his grandson Don; his wife Virginia; his daughter Jennifer (Chris); his grandchildren, Chet, Casey, Stephanie, Bobby of Traci, BJ, Kyle, Amber and Gage; and his great grandchildren, Cade, Gianna, Brady, Bennett, Luke, Hogan and Henry.
His last wish was to donate his body to the University of Oklahoma Medical School. Why he didn't donate to Oklahoma State University...we'll never know��.
