He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Zaldivar; his children, Mazaly Chavez (Pancho), Marilys Rubio (Roger) and Omar Zaldivar, Jr. (Lyndsi); his grandchildren, Omar Chavez (Chelsea), Cisco Chavez (Chelsea), Marco Chavez (Jillie), Eric Rubio (Taylor), Javier Rubio, Jordan Zaldivar, Corbin Zaldivar (Kendra), Landon Zaldivar and Zaiden Zaldivar; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Alexander, Addyson, Elliana, Marlie, Luka, Gabriella, Zaylie, Leo and Gianna; and his siblings, Luigi Zaldivar (Vicky), Juni Zaldivar (Mercedes), Enita Canto (Faustino), Solangel Wylie, Maricela Moguel (Anthony) and Minelva Aldana (Jose).
