He is survived by: his children, Kenny Juby of Sperry, Mary Allen (Kelly) of Skiatook and Carol Juby (Tom Stewart) of Collinsville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
