She was predeceased by : her parents, Mildred Barham, (Daugherty) and Darrell Barham, Sr.; her husband Gil Howard; and her nephew Derrick. She is survived by : her children, Sunnye Gilliam (Matt) and Shawn Howard (Jenn); her grandchildren, Karie Ramsey, Kandace Hoy (Jake), Chelsea West (Chase), Braedon Howard (Kayli), Hannah Gilliam and Dru Gilliam; her great grandchildren, Easton Ramsey, Paisley West and Brooks Howard; her brothers, Darrell Barham, Jr. (Sharon) and Richard Barham (Victoria); her friend Mary King; and her pet Max. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
