He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto W. Stark, Sr. and Mildred Blumst Stark. He is survived by: his children, April Vincent (Marcus) of Spiro, OK and Eddie Stark of Stigler, OK.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
