She is survived by: her spouse Bunnie McIntosh; her sons, Phillip McIntosh of Eufaula and Isaiah McIntosh; her grandchildren, Vanessa, Misty, Valaina, Carol, Aaron, Mekia and Isaiah; her great grandchildren, Savanna, Chandler, Gavann, Bravann, Devann, Beth, Laynee, Katy, Ashton, Leslie of James, C. W., Jadyn, Jaxyn, Christian and Emery; and her sisters, Mary Jordan and Carrie Lee Anderson.
