He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Black (Oldham) and Jesse Washington Black; and his sisters, Gail Black and Diane Comer. He is survived by: his son Billy Boyster (Kendra Howard); his siblings, Jesse Wayne Black (Denise) and Joan Taylor; his nieces and nephews, Joe Comer (Amy), Saundra Comer, Cynthia Walker, Nathan Black (Blythe) and Sarah Taylor; and his close friend Johnny Morris.
