He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron "Doc" Kirk and Gladys Kirk (Day). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Kirk; his sons, James Kirk (Jennifer) of Choctaw and Kevin Kirk (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Ryan and Andrew Kirk of Harrah; and his brothers, Joe Bob Kirk (Susan), Steven Kirk (Debbie) of Spiro and Ron Payne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
