He was predeceased by : his parents, John Gilmer and Celetee Gilmer (Dillon); his wife Donna Gilmer; his stepson Robert Booth; his granddaughter Stephanie McMullen; and his siblings, Clementa, Natha Ann, Elizabeth and Edward.
He is survived by : his daughter Michelle Annette Gilmer Bird of Stigler, OK; and his stepson Steven Kent Booth. He is also survived by Two grandchildren Three great grandchildren.
