He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his son Curtiss Middleton III (Kimberly); and his brothers, Carl Brown and Jimmy Toombs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory (401 N Main St, Eufaula, OK 74432). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hunn Funeral Home & Cremation Service (211 W Okmulgee Ave, Checotah, OK 74426).
