She was predeceased by: her grandfather Thomas Lewis; and her great-great-grandparents, John, Estes Cantrell, Robert Lee and Carnelia Green.
She is survived by: her parents, Joe Lewis and Schae Lewis; her siblings, Brantley, Braelynn, Joey, Kiara, Briley and Brooklynn; her grandparents, Tracy, Amanda Lee of Enterprise, OK, Linda Stephens of Skiatook, OK and Billy Green, Jr. of Fort Smith, AR; and her great-grandparents, Steve, Pam Stubblefield of Enterprise, OK, Bill Green, Sr. of Stigler, OK and Patricia Clinton of MississippiNumerous. She is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler (204 NE F St, Stigler, OK 74462).
