He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Worsham; and his grandparents, Ned Worsham, Karl, Fred Chance, Earl and Faye Hays.
He is survived by: his parents, Ed Worsham and Sue Worsham (Hays) of Stigler, OK; his daughter Maddi Jade of Fort Smith, AR; his grandson Talon Luke Brandenburg of Fort Smith, AR; his siblings, Sheryl Worsham of Stigler, OK and Mitch Worsham of Woodward, OK.; and his siblings' children, Ashton Buffington and Keaton Buffington. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
