He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Sylvester and Annie Imogene German (Bushnell); and his brothers, Bob German and Marion German. He is survived by: his wife Loraine German (Cera); his sister Judy German; his children, Vickie (Frank Jones) and Bill German Jr. (Robyn); and his grandchildren, Shad German, Janaya (Josh Blair), Candace German, Jerrica (Ben Eddy) and Cody (Miriam German). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
