She is survived by: her husband Jerry LaFave; her daughters, Leslie Smith (Ron Smith) of Willow, Oklahoma and Cheryl Lackey of Palestine, Texas.; her sister Linda Chambers of Snow Shoe, Pennsylvania.; her grandchildren, Zachary Lackey (Mallory Sutton), Kalyn Smith, Ryan Lackey (Jessi Lackey) and Emily Watson (Sam Watson); and her great grandchildren, Ezra Lackey, Ramona Lackey and Parker Watson.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Stillwater - Dighton Marler Funeral Home (5106 N Washington St, Stillwater, OK 74075).
