He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Pepper and Ruby "Sue" Inez Pepper (Bivens); his wife Marina Chappabitty; and his siblings, Michael Pepper and Terry Sue Pepper.
He is survived by: his son Clark Pepper, Jr. of Stillwater, Oklahoma; and his grandsons, Dennis Kyle Pepper and Clark Pepper, III.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Strode Funeral Home (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Washunga Cemetery.
