She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Maxey and Mable Maxey (Nance); and her son Brian Johnson (Donna). She is survived by: her significant other James "Jim" Hardy Phillips; her children, Gayle Blackburn (Dale), Mike Johnson (Margaret), Gary Johnson and Gregg Johnson (Tina); and her grandchildren, Valerie, Crystal, Ruger, Sherri, Randy, Cody, April, Kimberley, Thomas, Greg Mikeal and Travis. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
