He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale G. Nicodemus and Agnes May; and his daughter Katherine LaFirn Nicodemus. He is survived by: his friend Stillwater; his wife Joyce; his daughter Donna Nicodemus Walker (Stan Walker); his grandchildren, John Walker (Kristin Walker) and Amber Walker; his great grandchild Rowen of Mobile, Alabama; his daughter Levata Nicodemus Mickelson (Daniel Mickelson) of Yukon; his grandchildren, Mellanie Mickelson (Casey Dilbert) of Manor and Cassandra Mickelson Cullin (James Cullin); his great grandchildren, Cameron, Logan of Forest Grove and Nick Mickelson (Michala Schultz) of Yukon; his son Jay Nicodemus; and his grandson Jay Nicodemus, Jr. of Sitka, Alaska.. He is also survived by 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grand-children.
