He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrison Howe and Eva Rovella Howe; his great grandchild Denver Ryan Howe; and his siblings, James Howe, Earl Howe, Mary Cook and Judy Stockdall.
He is survived by: his sisters, Edith Hoke of Missouri, Eva "Sissy" Howe of Arkansas, Lillian Breshears of Arkansas, Lila Snider of Missouri and Diane Perez of Missouri.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church (410 S Berry St, Stillwater, OK 74074).
