She was predeceased by: her parents, William Derr and Dora Derr; her husband Covey; her daughter Georgia Slater; her siblings, James, William, Edward, Raymond Derr, Mary Henshaw, Martha McClendon, Jessie Castleberry, Alice Sholten and Rosie Benz; and her great grandchild Christopher Dominic Dobbs.
She is survived by: her sisters, Fern Dennis, Anna Ely and Susan Moor; her children, Christine Buie of Bridge Creek, Oklahoma, Charles Slater and Elmer Radford of Yukon; her grandchildren, Christopher Dobbs, Jessica Hixson, Charles Slater Jr., Chastity Cofer, Kendra Radford and Kendal Radford; her great grandchildren, Anthony Eyman, Ashley Fidler, Jordan Burris, Joseph Dobbs, Ryan Hixson, Alicia Northcutt and Keyvon Collins; and her great great grandchildren, Isabella Lopez and Jace Dobbs Dora. She is also survived by her family and friends.
