It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Walter Forquer in Stillwater, Oklahoma, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Walter Elsworth Forquer; his wife Dianna Forquer; and his mother Velma Forquer (Schutt). He is survived by: his sons, Michael Duane Forquer, Mark William Forquer, Jeffery Charles Forquer and Darrin Walter Forquer; and his sister Elouise Cousino. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
