He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Allen Shultz and Nola Mable Walker; his stepfather Gaylord Walker; his sisters, Evelyn and Mary Lou; and his daughter Kristi.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Shultz of Stillwater; his daughters, Kerri (Brett) of Perkins and Shelli (Rob) of Norman; his grandchildren, Kaeden, Brenna, Cole, Isabella and Cooper; and his half-brother Allen Shultz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
