He was predeceased by:, Floyd Jasper and Eva Viola Majors Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Gayla; his children, Scott (Tonya Higgins) of Cement, Todd (Stacy Higgins) of Stillwater, Jeff (Deana Atwood) of Stillwater, Tara (Andrew) of Rogersville, Missouri, Kristina Patterson of Stillwater and Charley (Aaron Box) of Perkins; and his brother Kenneth Higgins of Guthrie. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of his children's, grandchildren and great-grand-children's adopted family.
