She is survived by: her mother Fern Ritter (Morris) of Perry, Oklahoma; her husband Gary Hines; her sons, Charles Phillips (Summer) of Lucien, Craig Phillips of California and Garrett Hines of Stillwater, Oklahoma; her brother Steve Ritter (Darla) of Mulhall, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Levi Phillips (Trinity) of Perry and Kelbi Phillips of Enid, Oklahoma; and her siblings-in-law, Greg Hines (Lisa), Grant Hines (Rena), Brenda Zacharias (Kevin) and Beverly Williams (Duane).
