It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John William Lester of Stillwater, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elijah Newton Lester and Anna Mabel Lester (Hevron); his siblings, Darwin Lester and Mildred Lester; and his daughter Nicole Monique Worley (Lester).

He is survived by: his children, Jean McCarthy Davia (Daniel) and Darwin Lester (Paula); his sister Pauline Lester Partain; his cousin Geneva Lester Neal; his grandchildren, Christopher McCarthy, John T. Lester and Courtney Lester; his spouse Lynn; Lynn Adams McCoy Lester. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
