With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Hanson of Stillwater, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Allene Woodall (Roberson) and Elbert Woodall; and her brothers, Elbert Haldane Woodall and John Hanson. She is survived by: her husband John Michael Hanson; her sister Darla Sharon Woodall McElroy; her children, Erik Hanson, Dustin Hanson, Angel Hanson, Daina Hanson and Madison Dougan (Brady Dougan); her grandchild Rylie Dougan; her daughter Lauren Sparks (Kyle Sparks); her grandchildren, Koda, Ava and Kayce Sparks; her daughter Elizabeth Hanson; and her grandchildren, Brayden, Garrett and Rylan Hanson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strode Funeral Home, Inc. (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074).
