He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Jeanine Lyons (Lyons); and his grandparents, Horace, Marcella Lyons, Joseph Jr. and Anna Mae Springer (Bassett).
He is survived by: his father Galen Springer of Fairfax; his son Nokose Horace Springer (Tvske Medrano) of Oklahoma City; his brother Joseph Springer III (Jacy Springer) of Midwest City; his niece Gracie of Norman; and his siblings, Bryan, Chebon Long of Okmulgee, MaryAnna Springer of Perry and Annie Lynn Rice of Shawnee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins/brothers.
