Kelly Hillhouse (Battles), age 51, formerly of Newkirk, OK. She was born in Perry, OK on December 1, 1969 and passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021.There will be a viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 followed by services at 1:00 p.m. at Strode Funeral Home in Stillwater, OK at 610 S. Duncan St. Stillwater, OK.
Pastor Russell Hughes will officiate. Her service will be livestreamed from her personal obituary page at strodefh.com. She was a graduate of ICS High school followed by college at NOC. She received a certificate for photography. She had many talents. She loved taking pictures, she loved spending time with her kids and family, she loved them with everything she had.
She loved Jesus and served him well. She would give up everything she had to help someone with a need. Kelly loved cooking, playing Zelda, doing arts and crafts. She was a beloved Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Daisy Battles; one sister Sally Battles; two brothers Richard and Brandon Battles.
She is survived by her husband of ten years Jeff Hillhouse; two daughters Megan Gummow and Mandy Jefferson; a stepdaughter Kayla Anderson; two stepsons Kamryn Mcdougal and Brandon Hillhouse. She had 10 grandchildren; one great niece; numerous nieces and nephews; and friends. She is also survived by two brothers Mark Battles and Ricky Battles; three sisters; Amber Harrison, Nicki Battles, and Sammi Hirst.
