He was predeceased by: his father Harold LeGrand; his grandparents, Walter, Mildred Miesner, Noah and Dora Burton; his uncles, Lyle "Bud" (Marge Miesner), Jim Osborne and Earl Wayne (Pat Franke); his parents-in-law, Bob and Shirley Moore; and his sister-in-law Marcia Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Moore; his children, Kyle, Tera LeGrand of Maize, Kansas, Hunter, Whitney Wolf of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Reid and Kacie LeGrand of Edmond, Oklahoma.; his mother Marilyn LeGrand; his brothers, Rick LeGrand (Brenda) and Bryce LeGrand; his aunt Bonnie Osborne; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Moore (Dee) and Phil Cooke. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials in Kevin's name may be made to Zion Lutheran Church.
