She is survived by: her children, Rhonda, Dr. Jozef Dzurilla of Owasso, Robin Heim-Buthod, William Buthod of Tulsa, Regina Heim and Joel Carpenter of Stillwater; her grandchildren, Dr. Katherine Dzurilla and Dr. Daniel Oliver of Pasadena; and her children, Emily Dzurilla, Jamie Pond of Los Angeles, Dr. Angela, Jacob Hart of Tulsa, Claire Buthod, Reynaldo Yanez of Tulsa, Ronnie, Johnny and Caroline Grace Heim-Carpenter of Stillwater. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
