She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Fowler and Erma Fowler (Payne); her siblings, Leo Fowler, Cleo Fowler, Barbara Fowler Owens and Tommy Fowler; and her sons, Barry Waters (Kara) of Midland and Brad Waters of Oklahoma City, OK.
She is survived by: her significant other Robert Harden Waters (Bob); her daughter Bonnie (Barry Schwarz); her grandchildren, Abryanna Waters, Ella Waters, Blayne Schwarz and Bryce Schwarz; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Owens, Jo Anne Fowler and Shelly Fowler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation or the Metropolitan Library Endowment Trust.
