He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Dale McNelly and Billie Jean McNelly (Eskew); his daughter Bailey McNelly; his sisters, Mandy Jo Catlett, Cassandra Helton (Jacob), Jackie Catlett (Kevin Herrmann) and Bobbie LeAnn McNelly; and his grandmother Rita Eskew.
