She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Wheatley and Mildred Wheatley (Vassar). She is survived by: her spouse Terrall Richards; her daughter Athena Frank (Richards) of Glencoe, OK; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Frank of Glencoe, OK and Kyle Frank of The Woodlands, TX.. She is also survived by her husband, daughter, and grandchildren.
