He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Stevens (Doreen) and Janet Stevens; his daughter Luna Eclipse Leahlani Stevens (Adrianna); his siblings, Matthew Stevens, Christian Shoemate and Katelyn Kuykendall; his brother-in-law Colten Ward; his grandparents, April, Ken Linn, Wayne Rupert and Kathy Gleason; and his uncle Brian Rupert. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
