He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Durham (Richard Mueller), Janet Gaskins (Bradley), Diane Durham and Linda Bender (David); his grandchildren, Jonathan Miller (Rick), Melissa Miller, Joshua Miller, Breawna Bender and Sarah Mueller; and his great grandchild Blake Scott.
