He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Kinzie and Phyllis Kinzie. He is survived by: his wife Annette Kinzie (Kincaid); his children, Avery of Stillwater, OK and Kaid (Jaclyn) of Stillwater, OK; and his siblings, Allen Kinzie (Cynthia) of Mannford, OK, Kris Kinzie (Denise) of Cushing, OK and Sheree Fielding of Cushing, OK.
