He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Miller and Helen Miller (Dickerson); his wife Barbara Lamb; and his siblings, Harley Allen Miller, Owen Dickerson Miller, Bonita Petty and Sara Brooks.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Ballard (Todd) and Tommy Miller (Toby); his grandchildren, Tarron Ballard (Meagan), Taylor Ballard (Shelbi), Trevor Ballard (Shelby), Ally Williams (Seth) and Cole Miller; and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Graham, Sutton, Aurora, Lincoln, Penelope Ballard and Oakley Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mehan Union Church (8300 E 68th St, Stillwater, OK 74074).
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests donations be made in Jack's name to Luminos Hospice in Chandler, OK, or to Ripley FFA.
