It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Traci Michelle Parsel of Stillwater, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Lee Stephens of Cushing and Mary Lucille Daughtery (Busch); her husband Matthew Parsel of Stillwater, Oklahoma; her siblings, Robin Buckles of Cushing, Leah Smith (Jeremiah Smith) of Perkins, Oklahoma and John Stephens (Jennifer Stephens) of Stillwater; and her children, James Snead (Amanda Snead) of Beaufort, SC., Kristopher Snead of Tulsa, OK, Kassandra Sams (Eric Sams) of Cushing and Clayton Snead of Cushing. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
