She was predeceased by: her parents, Aretas Frank and Veda Neal Ferry. She is survived by: her husband Philip D. Kirtley; her children, Scott Kirtley (Deidra), Shan Kirtley (Alisha) and Susan Kirtley Devero (Ed); her grandchildren, Brigette Zorn (Phillip), Katie Troxell (Ronnie), Conner Kirtley, Cale Kirtley, Grace Devero, Gabrielle Devero, Branen Kirtley (Katelyn) and Korie Koetting (Ross); and her great grandchildren, Zach Zorn, Teddy Troxell, Tatum Troxell, Shep Kirtley and Tilly Troxell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, or the Ronald McDonald House—organizations that reflect Jo's values of family and service.
