He is survived by: his wife Doris Nadine Avants (Keith); and his children, Ronald Avants, Cheryl Maye (Avants) of Stillwater, Melinda Williams (Joe) of Ada and Janice Cox (Tad) of Stillwater. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and numerous other beloved family members.
