He was predeceased by: his uncle Bob Burnham (Debbie) of Broken Arrow, OK; his father Truman Park; his stepparents, Patty Park and Gary Manley; his grandparents, Tommie, Ben Reddick, Audley and Echo Park; and his aunts, Yvonne Ashby, Maxine Inman and Peggy Park.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Manley of Billings, OK; his brother Bob Park of Perry, OK; his sister-in-law Rita Park of Orlando, OK; and his nieces, Rebecca Houghton (Andrew) of Perry, OK, Sandra Burnham and Dana Ashby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
