She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Haines and Evia Haines. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Brant Adams; her daughters, Lindsay Adams, Lacey Adams and Lauren Bearden (Michael Bearden); and her brother David Haines (family: Barbara, Christina, John-David).

In recent years, Ginger has continued to serve on the board of the First Baptist Church Foundation and Church Council, and artfully designed all the projections slides used in worship services.
