He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gordon and Geraldine Ellen Wilson Bingham; his sister Allida Bingham; his siblings-in-law, LeRoy Gonsalves and Tamara Bingham; and his granddaughter Paiton Gardner.

He is survived by: his wife Dianna; his brother Ray Bingham, Jr. (Wanda); his children, Mary Gardner (Brandt) of Stillwater and David Bingham; his daughter-in-law Cathy Coppage of Tampa; his grandchildren, Bethany Shaw (Dallin) of Gore, OK, Tanner, Jackson Gardner of Stillwater, Carter, Alex and Makenna Bingham of Tampa; and his great grandchildren, James, Evelyn and Rosalie Shaw of Gore.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any veterans' organization.
