He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymon Scott and Pauline Scott (Hoskinson); and his siblings, Gloria Ann, Roy and Kent Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Etta Werner Stanley; his stepchildren, Terry Ronald Stanley, LeEtta Tilson and LaRhonda Elliott; his grandchildren, Cassie Dale of Perry, Santana Keller of Perry and Donovan Elliott of Perry; and his brothers, Jack Scott and Dean Scott. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
