He was predeceased by: his parents, E. S. Tobin and Grovaline Hodgens; and his siblings, Eddie Tobin and Kathy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Becky Tobin (Ward); his sons, Vincent (Michelle) and Peter (Jennie); his brothers, Mike (Annie) and John (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Emilie, Maggie, Connor and Hannah. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
