She is survived by: her brother Eddie Ragan of Guthrie, Oklahoma; her cousins, Mark Toops of Wichita, Kansas and Roger Toops (Rebecca) of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; her uncle Frank Toops of Argonia, Kansas; and her cousins, Paul Winkler of Cushing and Becky Winkler of Ripley.
