She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Johnson of Broken Arrow; her husband Karl Turner; her sons, Brett Sanders II (Jacque) of Tulsa and Paul Sanders (Natalie) of Broken Arrow; her stepson Mitchell Leonard (Lily) of Tulsa; her siblings, Sue Johnson of Broken Arrow and Bill Johnson (Julie) of Bixby; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Matthew, Jonathan, Lucas and Noel. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren.
