She is survived by: her husband Carroll Dwayne Kuykendall; her children, Megan (Jimmy Lawrence), Zachery (Alex Kuykendall), Amanda Kuykendall and Amy Kuykendall; her grandchildren, Ruby, William Kuykendall and Alexander Lawrence; and her pet Sammy.
In lieu of flowers her family has asked that you continue their efforts to support St. Jude Children's Hospital.; Debra will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
